1. Data controller
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is TechLink Yapay Zeka ve Yazılım Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi (“TechLink”).
Address: Bilişim Vadisi - Ayazağa Mah. Kemerburgaz Cd. D:7C Blok, Sarıyer/İstanbul. Email: [email protected]. Web: https://www.techlink.com.tr
2. Scope
This notice covers personal data that may be processed when you visit our website, use the contact form or live chat, or join a Microsoft Teams meeting organized by TechLink. The full notice is on the KVKK page.
3. Data we process and why
We process the following to answer your request, hold the meeting, prepare a contract, keep the site secure, and meet legal duties:
- Identity and contact: name, email, phone, company
- Request content: form message, live-chat transcript, service of interest
- Meetings: the display name and email Microsoft Teams provides to TechLink as the organizer, used only to run the meeting
- Security: IP address, browser data, access time, necessary cookies
4. Meetings and sharing
Teams meetings run on Microsoft’s service. Participant data is processed under Microsoft’s terms and may be stored on servers abroad. That is a transfer abroad under KVKK article 9. TechLink does not sell this data. Email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile, and Calendly may also use servers abroad.
If a meeting is recorded, Microsoft Teams shows its own notice that recording has started. If TechLink will keep the recording on its own systems, participants are informed separately before recording starts. The Teams notice does not replace that information. TechLink does not sell meeting recordings.
5. Cookies
Necessary cookies are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies run only with your consent. You can change that choice in the cookie notice.
6. Your rights
Rights under KVKK article 11 and how to apply (wet-signed writing, notary, or an email address already on file) are set out in the KVKK notice. We reply within 30 days after we verify your identity.
7. Security
We limit unauthorized access with access control, encrypted transport, and logging. No system is absolutely secure; the measures follow common industry practice.
